SCOPE AND MODIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT

The Agreement serves as the only comprehensive agreement between you and The Software pertaining to your use of the Website, and it supersedes any previous or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and/or understandings regarding the Website. CONTESTS
TheSoftware occasionally provides promotional prizes and other awards through Contests. By accurately completing the Contest registration form and agreeing to the Official Contest Rules, you have a chance to win the offered prizes. To participate in the Contests on the Website, you must first complete the entry form with true, accurate, current, and complete Contest Registration Data. TheSoftware reserves the right to reject incomplete, fraudulent, duplicate, or otherwise unsuitable Contest Registration Data, at its sole discretion. LICENSE GRANT

TheSoftware retains all rights not specifically granted in the Agreement. Additionally, you may not engage in any actions that create an unreasonably large burden on TheSoftware’s infrastructure. The right to use the Website, Content, Contests, and/or Services is non-transferable.

TheSoftware’s name, logo, and associated graphics, icons, and service names are trademarks owned by TheSoftware. Hyperlincing to the website, co-branding, ‘framing’ and/or referencing the website is not allowed.
